Use of AI Policy

1. Purpose of AI at taqle.io

We use AI to simplify daily customer communication operations for small businesses.

AI is used to summarize customer threads, classify urgency/sentiment/intent, draft replies, and automate task creation and related workflow actions.

2. Human control

AI in taqle.io is assistive. You stay in control of decisions and outgoing communication.

You can review, edit, or discard AI-generated drafts and task suggestions before acting.

3. No training on your data

We do not use any of your data for training purposes.

Your workspace data is processed only to deliver the features you actively use.

4. Retention and deletion

Our data retention period is 3 months.

Any data older than 3 months is automatically and safely deleted and cannot be restored.

You can delete data earlier at any time from your workspace or by requesting deletion from support.

5. Data boundaries

We do not claim ownership of your business data.

We do not use your data outside service delivery, security, and support operations.

You can disconnect channels and stop processing through taqle.io at any time.

6. AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You should validate important content before sending to customers.

For high-stakes communication (legal, financial, or safety-sensitive), use additional human review.
