Our approach is simple: you control your business data, and we process it only to deliver the service you requested.

2. Scope

This policy applies to information processed through taqle.io web and mobile experiences, including inbox, AI summaries, AI drafts, and task workflows.

Third-party channels connected to taqle.io (for example social, email, and reviews platforms) remain subject to their own privacy terms.

3. Data we process

Workspace and account details: business name, workspace settings, user profile, and authentication-related data.

Customer communication data: messages, thread metadata, channel labels, task links, and workflow status data processed inside your workspace.

Service usage data: product diagnostics and operational logs needed to maintain reliability and security.

4. How we use data

To operate the core service: unify channels, display inboxes, triage urgency, generate draft replies, and create task workflows.

To secure and maintain the platform, including abuse prevention, incident response, and reliability improvements.

To provide support when you contact us.

5. Data control and ownership

You control your data fully. Your business and customer content remains yours.

taqle.io does not claim ownership of your business data and does not use your content outside providing the service based on your instructions.

You can delete data from your workspace at any time through product actions or by contacting support.

6. AI and model training

We do not use any of your data for training purposes.

Your workspace data is used only to run requested AI features in your workspace, such as summaries, triage labels, draft replies, and task suggestions.

7. Data retention and deletion

Our retention window is 3 months.

Data older than 3 months is automatically and safely deleted and cannot be restored.

If you delete content earlier, it is removed according to our deletion workflow before the 3-month maximum retention window.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal or customer data.

We may share data only with infrastructure and subprocessors needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

No system is risk-free, so you should also use strong account security and access controls in your workspace.

10. Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

You can disconnect channels and stop using the service at any time.

11. Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will update the effective date and publish the new version here.
