taqle.io is an AI-assisted customer communication workspace for small businesses. It helps unify customer conversations (such as DMs, emails, and reviews), prioritize what needs attention, draft replies, and convert follow-ups into tasks.

Service features may evolve as the product develops.

You are responsible for account credentials, workspace access, and activities performed through your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to use taqle.io for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activities, including spam, harassment, or violating third-party platform rules.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of messages sent by your team.

AI summaries, labels, drafts, and suggested tasks are assistive outputs and may be imperfect.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before sending it to customers.

taqle.io may connect to third-party channels and tools (for example social, email, and review platforms). Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Integration availability and behavior may change based on third-party APIs and permissions.

You retain responsibility for the customer data you connect and process through taqle.io.

We process data to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

When paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, and taxes will be presented before charges apply.

We may update features, plans, or pricing with reasonable notice.

taqle.io and related software, branding, and content are owned by taqle.io or its licensors.

You keep ownership of your business content and customer communications submitted to the service.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, taqle.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

You may stop using taqle.io at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws, unless local law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
